VAT AND CUSTOMS FEES

Due to the extensive variations on customs fees, rules, and regulations, they are not included in the purchase cost. When creating a shipping label, a harmonization code must be included on my end, letting customs know what is in your package so they do not have to open and inspect the products and also helps to streamline the fees for your package. Once the package reaches your government, fees will be applied and will be your responsibility. I understand this can be an unfortunate added fee, but please know that I price my products as reasonably as I can in order to allow for everyone all over the world to feel good about their purchase.

Policies

For all BouchetteDesign purchases made through my Etsy shop or through a Kickstarter campaign

At times, unforeseen issues can come up with fulfilment shipments. Don't worry - I am here to work with you through the issues that may arise from shipping 🧡. Because I am a one-person indie creator small business, I have limited resources to control shipping, but there are ways we can work together to resolve common issues.

• Triple check your shipping address. The most common issue with packages not delivered is an incorrect address.

• In a Kickstarter campaign, if I do not receive your shipping address within 3 months of the decks being shipped out, your campaign will be available to the public and your reward will be considered a donation.

• If your package is shipped and the delivery has been confirmed by the shipper and the shipment is missing, stolen, or any other event that will null & void the insurance refund, I will not be able to provide refunds or replacements.  To avoid this type of occurrence, please be sure to provide a shipping address that has secure parcel delivery storage.

• If your package was delivered back to me because your address was incorrect or undeliverable, I am happy to resend the package if you pay for the new shipping costs, which will be invoiced through PayPal.

• I work very hard to make sure every reward is packaged with great care and protection. If your package arrived with obvious shipping damage, I will be able to file a claim through the shipper, but this can only be done with your assistance.  Photos of the package and damaged items are required by the insurer to file a claim.  Once the claim has been confirmed by the shipper, I will be able to refund the item cost.  If this process is not followed, I will not be able to provide a refund as this is out of my control. • I do not accept returns on open, used or damaged items. Because I am a small business, I have no way to recoup those costs on used or damaged items.
